1. How do I enter my monogram?
The traditional form has the last name initial in the middle, and is larger. First name initial is on the left, last name initial in the middle, and middle name initial on the right. For example, if your name is Mary Ann Smith, your monogram would be MSA.
For monograms when all three letters are the same size, they are entered in order of first, middle, and last name intials. For example, if your name is John Michael Smith, your monogram would be JMS.
Many people want to give a couple a gift with their married monogram. For this, the wife's first name initial goes on the left, their last name initial in the middle (this will be larger), and the husband's first name initial on the right. For example, if the couple's names are Sam and Helen Anderson, their monogram would be HAS.

Returns must have a return authorization number. No returns are accepted 30 days after an order is placed.
We do not accept returns on items that have any type of personalization or that are a FINAL SALE.
3. When will I receive my order?
Embroidered and personalized orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 days. During peak season(May, August, November, and December), processing will be 7-10 days. Soaps, metal monograms, stamps, and other special order items will ship in 3-4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Orders without monogramming that are received after noon on a week day will ship the next business day due to our pick up times. We are not Amazon and don't own our own trucks.
We ship most of our orders via USPS. USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service IS NOT expedited shipping. It is also not guaranteed to arrive in 2-3 days. Occassionally, we ship via FedEx. Transit times will vary depending on the ship to address. We do not control speed of transit of the package once it leaves our hands.
If you need your order sooner, we do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Paying for overnight shipping does not mean that processing times will change. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have a rush issue.
