No returns will be accepted on personalized items and FINAL SALES.
Personalized items that have a mistake made by IYBoutique will be replaced with the same item or something comparable.
For damaged or defective items, please email us at customerservice@iyboutique.com within 15 days of receiving the product.
IYBoutique is not responsible for theft of an order once the carrier or freight company confirms delivery.
Please make sure that you have spelled and/or entered a monogram for an order correctly. IYBoutique is not responsible for orders with incorrect monograms or spellings.
