Our Policies

  • No returns will be accepted on personalized items and FINAL SALES.
  • Personalized items that have a mistake made by IYBoutique will be replaced with the same item or something comparable.
  • For damaged or defective items, please email us at customerservice@iyboutique.com within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • IYBoutique is not responsible for theft of an order once the carrier or freight company confirms delivery.
  • Please make sure that you have spelled and/or entered a monogram for an order correctly. IYBoutique is not responsible for orders with incorrect monograms or spellings.
